I would love to mate.
I have a few ideas how I "could" do it.
Cant remember If I have mentioned it but the roof will be next. I had a real hard time finding the correct material grade and size. Took me a year of looking under every rock then finally 2 weeks ago tried a steel merchant and surprise they had the right stuff. But had to buy a minimum of 10 sheets so I thought bugger it ill buy 10 sheets. These sheets I put aside for roof and eventually quarters and "hope" the entire side of the car but that would require expensive tooling.
But just to give you an idea the tooling alone for the number plate recess took a lot of dicking around, trial and error, but this dicking around can be short circuited by out sourcing to a machine shop but that costs money which im willing to spend.

That reminds me, it there are any CNC (preferably) machine operators in Sydney please let me know as the guy guy who normally does it is MIA, probably on a bigger project which is understandable but I still would like a number plate recess form machined out preferably in aluminium or steel.

Let me tell you they're in no hurry. But like I said they are always going to do the big jobs first.

Should look into doing beaver panels for early commodores, apparently cant get new ones anymore once holden stocks depleted & a few years away from anyone making/selling again.
Dudes are chopping back ends of wrecks now just to find half ok beaver.

Wow nice work !
If you do decide to go into this full time another thing you could look into is parcel shelves. Try finding one that has not been butchered with ugly speaker holes.

No worries thanks mate.
So far used prototype tooling, currently working on final proper tooling.
Next will be roof, roof structure where hatch lid mounts but this is a few months off unless someone beats me to it

Shes an oldy but goody. Wish I can get a CNC but no way have the money for that but this will get me to where I want for now.
Its a 1967 from memory mill made in England, solid as a brick shit house and real good X Y travel.
