My guess is RECARO Specialist M's, retrimmed at some point with backyard modified mounts.

They look like Ford seats.
Maybe RS2000 or most likely Sierra.

Apparently they are factory Recaro's from an early BMW. I put them up on Ebay today and already have some interest.

Don't mind the look of those they'd look decent in an early commodore being Recora should fit most cars with fitting kit.
