That was my first port of call ... PHIL and Bruce to ato.
Supplied footage to Centrelink of Bruce telling me "nothing wrong with that paint job whore" and then when questioned/abused about my missing parts he says "it didn't come in like that whore, I've been working here for years" etc etc .. Centrelink loved it, so did homeswest and the ato haha !

I'd never generally do that .. But these 2 are a rare exception !

Hey Ivy, good to hear you are leaving no stone un-turned.

From what you have described so far this pair of C%$ks*#kers think they are untouchable.

Best strategy would be to get together with other owners they have ripped off and work as a team to bring them down.

What a terrible story , seems to happen a bit around the place a bit , at least you have some other "not so frokin happy" reasonable

people to help you out , problem with people that do things like that can either settle out of Court or  they declare bankrupt 

and get away with less if $ are owing .....either way it sounds like they might end up eunuchs one way or the other

Hi All,
I am hoping to warn anyone planning to have or currently having car restorations done by a business that has recently moved from Maddington to Belmont (and Welshpool previous to that).
This guy and his dodgy sidekick are complete and total con-artists who will take your money and not complete the work.
They will threaten with irrelevant "legal" terminology such as "Workers Lien" and "Right of Refusal" when you try to take your car and cut your losses, which is all rubbish because he makes DAMNED sure he is thousands ahead at all times.
When your car is obviously nowhere near finished at the end of the 12 month period he has quoted, he will whinge about clients who have tried to use the legal systemto get their vehicles and money back.
When you give him the benefit of the doubt and revise the completion date not once, not twice but three times, he will still offer no valid reason for the delay.
He will damage your car in temper when pressed for reasons as to why the work hasn't been completed and if you do manage to get minimal "work" done on your vehicle, it will be shonky, take forever and need to be done again anyway.
He will assure you, despite evidence to the contrary, that he is financially viable and should he or one of his businesses go into receivership/bankruptcy, that ownership of your vehicle will remain with you - and then in the next breath he will invoice you for work that was in the original scope of works as "additional works" and ask you to pay quickly as his electricity is about to be cut off and he will be unable to do any more work on your car, (He spent the last 4 weeks in Maddington premises without any electricity as I refused to pay invoice until due date).
He is unable to sub-contract things such as engineering reports, carpeting, seat and hood trims that he has quoted because he has burnt his suppliers/sub-contractors the same way he has burnt his customers and doesn't pay them. Most of these firms I have spoken to are aware of him and will not accept work from him.
He seems to have been doing this for years now, I have recently retrieved my car from him, not without difficulty and a screaming argument, but have also been approached by many other previous clients who have been ripped off for tens of thousands of dollars.
Please feel free to message me privately through Facebook Messenger if you would like more specific information regarding who this guy is, the numerous names he trades under, where he has recently moved to or would like to trade war stories.
I would love to see this dirtbag shut down, or if nothing else, warn others.
The following photo is what I am left with after 2 years and $55K spent, still looking for $6K to $8K worth of missing parts that appear to have been used on someone elses project or sold to keep his cash flow going.
Hopefully this will save others from going through the destruction of your dreams.
