Could someone who has an engine out of their LX at the moment or would have a pic or two of the fuel lines layout as they enter the engine bay up the rail

Also tank end if possible where they go to the plastic vapour canister manifold thing

Standard set up would be good  - inc charcoal canister pipe and all plastic clips

Mine are not here and only have a set out of a UC so unsure if they are the same same but different

Cheers

You can't really see much of it once the steering etc is in place, they just follow the top of the inside face of the chassis rail - you will see the holes where the plastic clips go, they hold two fuel lines (one supply and one vent), and one brake line until it gets to the proportioning valve.

Ignore the line locker and brake distribution block, you can sort of see the fuel lines behind them

I've got quite a few pics of mine before I took them all off as I didn't think I'd work out how they went back on. I'll try and post them up,later

Thanks fella's

looking at which line comes in where  - ie breather would come in on top of fuel delivery etc

Also chasing a std shot of the charcoal canister line and how that ends

Going down the path of stainless lines and have found a bloke who can double flare the brake line

Any additional would be great Brett

These pics are what I took, note that the car is upside down, also there is an extra pipe in one photo that is cutoff you won't have that as its a return line only fitted to factory air V8s

Hi Col

Parts manual doesn't seem to give enough detail  - one of the first places i checked ( unless the one you refer to is different to mine)

Brett you are a fgucken legend   -- thank you so much

Just goes to show if you have taken a thousand photo's for a rebuild  - go back and take another thousand

You will need them

Cheers all

I can't find it 'again'. <sheesh>

I was refering to the PDF that Skap put up. It had 3D diagrams of the fuel system layout.

Sorry for the bum steer.
