Settle down

Not your car, the word Sunraiser. Sounds like a cross between a Sunbird and a half naked girl.

Ah Sunraysia. I didn't get the reference, must be slow today! At least I can spell - I didn't realise the lack of that gene (settle, not you Gene) was a QLD thing in general not just isolated to Ipswich or the far west. Actually typing what one intends to spell is another matter.

Update cos I'm really hung over and bored ;)

Pulled the front reinforcing bar off and bumper yesterday.

Mainly to get to the spotties. Both are cracked and I have replacements. Bar is rooted, some numpty took to it with a grinder, ducks me why, but thank Christ a brand new VN bumper is only $90 ! Lol, plastic bumpers rule !! Just got to cut the spottie holes out of the new bar.

And did you know that VN's, perhaps other models, have a third tag under the passenger head light ? Thankfully this matches the other tags...(full sick, mint, matching numbers) And also proves she's never had a hit in the front ;). Happy days.

Try removing that tag too Skap. GMH got smart and put stainless rivets in them. When you try to drill the rivet out it spins and wrecks the tag. I've got a few for my collection off rarer cars of this era like HSV improved Statesmans and SS's etc and they get wrecked every time.

I'm not bodgy mate, I don't remove tags ;)

But that tag I could get the rivets off from below..

Any idea what K19 represents ?
