more updates bought a complete front clip(standard guards)and bootlid over the weekend,also bought a set of weld wheels 15x5 and 15x7 ,7,s will do untill after christmas that is when it is booked in to receive it,s tubb work(being done by hugo,raceglides.....add pics of parts shortly......

That includes the suspension setup and diff modifications etc to go with it I presume?

A freind years ago asked me to help install a vertical gate sifter in his lx ss coupe.
When i got there the tunnel was looking like the pics shown. I nearly died seeing someone butcher a orginal lx ss coupe.

i just put the weld wheels ontonight
sizes are 15x5 with 165x75 tyres on the front
and 15x7with 235x60 tyres on the rear
sometime over the weekend those awfull
bloody flares are coming off.
will post a few pics over the weekend

Can you let me know how much clearance there is with the 235's Glen. I've got 15x7 weld pro-stars on mine and was tossing up whether to go 235 or risk seeing if 245 will fit.

guys just a quick update on the old girl
i have fitted the weld wheels on
replaced the whole front clip (not painted yet)
replaced the whole exhaust system with a copy
the same setup that was on my A9X
replaced the floor section with a blister (spares from the A9X)
put new carpet and underlay ..
also put on a new shifter (husrt indy h pattern)
removed the rubber steeringjoint on the intermediate shaft totally.
here a few pics........also if any body can help me out with some parts i am chasing please let me know asap thanks .....parts needed...

four doors..............

and the complete section around the rear guards as you can see it is missing
on both sides ...............

sorry liam it depends on the offset of the rims ,,
mine have a 4 1/2 inch ofset and 245.s would probally fit although i cant be sure as i have no guard to measure it by,,,,,,see pics above

Welcome to the CLUB!! Smarter than the average bear!..I too am over original /concourse in a big way..Missus says next project is a Smokey Yunick 69 Boss Fastback original copy...showed her the pic of the first Boss 302 race car and she dropped a plate!! Black and Gold...it will be beautiful!!
