8/74 SLR 5000 Rochester air cleaner assembly - are they different to a hq 308? If so, what are the differences.
Thanks, green73.

Ill take a guess and say, the breather pipe which connects to the rear passenger side rocker cover is in a different spot on a HQ.
Does a HQ also use the steam pipe and thermal butterfly etc for cold starts?

The PCV return is on the front on a HQ/HJ where the PCV valve is on a Torana as Brad says. So the attachment point for the breather on the air cleaner is in a different spot on a Holden to a Torana. Rest is the same.

Only later HQ, all HJ also. Early HQ didn't have the PCV. Torana was back to front with the PCV at the front driver's side and the return at the passenger side rear unless it had A/C then the return was passenger side front.
