I have used the Hino coolant in Hino trucks and looks identical to me.
Also heard Toyota owns Hino trucks??
Only reason for the question I have heaps of Hino pink coolant and wondering if it’s fine in my 308 running alloy radiator.

Yep Hino is the commercial vehicle division of the Toyota motor company and the coolants are the same. Pink coolant can be used in a 308 and is recommended for aluminium engines and alloy radiators. Just insure the cooling system is thoroughly flushed to ensure no old coolant can contaminate with the new coolant and cause corrosion problems.
If you look on the containers the coolant should read that it contains around 97% ethylene glycol if its a concentrate. If its a concentrate mix with water at 40% or what ever it states on the container.

Toyota is Hino, also Lexus & Daihatsu , they also make a heap of plant equipment like fork lifts, skid steer loaders, etc., and they even have a division that make luxury boats!
12m long and powered by no less than two of the 4.5L V8 diesel engines you normally find in a Landcruiser!
Just don't ask the price... it's one of those "If you have to ask, you can't afford it" kinda deals.

My old man bought a new 100 series back in about '98 and he had always done his own servicing, so the first time he changed the coolant he replaced it with the stuff he had been using in the Holdens. After a couple of months the radiator started to leak through the core so he took it to a place to get pressure tested and repaired and the bloody thing was like a sponge. Air coming out of it everywhere.
