I'll let the pics do the talking...
^ That bit was a rust repair patch we put in. Yes, there is metal under the filler, the bog is just there to seal it.
Now I have the panels dummy fitted, for welding tomorrow!

Which I found here -
Bit annoyed about it. Would've been easy to knoock out with the panel off of the car, but now that it's welded in it's a bit of a task.
Welded down the gaurd -
Patched up the aerial hole -
and with a coat of metallic bog, you'd never know it was ever there! -
Bit more of said metallic bog on the corner here, to cover the weld and get it smoooth. -
And here -
And here -
Got a bit more to do, cleaning up welds etc.

The little bolt on panel that holds the light surrounds and grille in place doesn't fit too well. Bolt one end on, and you have to twist it to bolt the other end on. Any ideas?
Then there's this bit I need to fix -

I'll probably just oblong one of the holes to get it to fit straight...
I too believe that it may be a fair race between Heath and I

Elongate both holes if necessary, but make it central to the car.We didn't trial fit this, unfortunately...
