Hi guys, Im going through my box of parts and come across this, Im thinking its from a LJ Torana, Can anybody help identify it,

It's the heater fan opening shield. It is mounted inside the plenum chamber.

Thanks very much guys, just so i get it right, it screws on inside the plenum, on the right hand side of the heater fan box to stop water from drawing into fan ? Picture 3 ??
There is a another weather shield that goes into the plenum from the left side of the heater box, located close to the centre of the engine bay Picture 2

Correct, apply a bead of mastic type sealer to the flange to seal the shield/deflector to the plenum.

Shit, and I haven't been Ice Skating for near on a decade now, although I did see Steven and his family about 4 years ago.
