Hi all,

My wife and I are about to start the build on the torana, but finding it hard to source quality parts especially in Adelaide, so if you all could help out with links and ideas would be appreciated, we are doing a 4door A9X clone SLR 5000, will need A/C options, drop tank, body kit other wise ill have to fix the ones we have, 17” wheels, and some interior bits. I’m sure there’s more but will work that out as we go along. Photo of the starting piontAttached File  8FE77571-06A1-49AA-8A7B-ECD35CF2569E.jpeg   79.49K   6 downloads

You mentioned power steering in your introduction post as well Daryl.  Have a look here. http://www.gmh-toran...power +steering

And another.  http://www.gmh-toran...ng#entry1025662

There will be many more threads on the subject if you keep digging.

Thank you all for your help, you have saved me countless hours of looking for things on the net, i have to be honest it’s not my favourite thing so much time goes by with little result cheers. Also how do you use the search to find threads and also change file size of photo to use as that picture next to your name.

The forum's search function can be difficult at times so probably easier to use goggle, just add the site constraint to your query, for example you would type in:

"Cools Auto Trim" site:http://www.gmh-torana.com.au

This will display search results from this forum only.

As for the avatar photo, assuming you're on a Windows PC, just right-click the photo you want and "Open with > Paint"

Once Paint opens, click "Resize" and select "Pixels" instead of percentage

Make sure "Maintain aspect ratio" is checked and resize the photo to around 200 pixels wide (horizontal)

Click "OK"

Now click on the blue drop-down box (above the paste button) and choose "Save As > JPEG picture", change the file name so you don't overwrite your original photo, I suggest adding "_SML" to the end or something like that.

Close Paint and your photo should now be small enough to upload for your avatar.
