If it drones put resonator in middle to knock edge of it...if it's just tad loud on freeway but no headaches tell passengers to pop in some earplugs or walk :D

Had m20 + 3.9 gears in lc gtr when it had wild webbered 202...cruised nicer with them & lit tyres up like it was on wet grass.

If you have a big cam, long duration, you might not want your revs at 100 kph to be under your cams range. Sounds like the 35s are a good thing were at 100 kph you may be just at the start of that operating range.

regards

The rest of the door trims today and they look great.

My new seat trims should arrive next week and I have spoken to a trimmer to get them to fit them onto the seats.

Below are the seats now with the material covers taken off

I ordered both the door trims and seats in Roebuck. The close up photos of the door trims aren't mine and you can't see it very will in the photos of mine fitted.

Seats are out and at the trimmers.

I gave the interior a good clean.

Just a few small things to do inside now like get Holden seat belts etc

Can't wait to get the seats back in the car.

Seats are back in the car and have come up pretty well

A couple of other things I want to do inside like source some original seat belts and maybe chrome scuff plates.

Then I’ll start saving to build as new motor that will be a 202 with a J ZED Head.

Chroming the scuff plates will take away from it's originality. They were never chrome but if that's the look you want, GO FOR IT......

A few weeks ago I managed to find the owner that had the motor built in my car.

It's had:

Larger Valves

Ported and Polished Head

Crow Cams spring and retailers etc

High Volume Pump

He couldn't remember much about the bottom end.

Below is the cam sheet.

It's actually bigger than I thought 😳
