Anybody have photos and dimensions of a good LC or LJ shell cradle to support a shell for restoration ?

Mate, you should probably state, if you're wanting to build a dolly, that just gets it up higher with no suspension, or a rotisserie, to get the dimensions that you actually need. It would be good, to have a reference for both, i know i will need them in the future to.
