By the way another interesting “fail” from engineer is if you change master cylinder to something different from the original it has to be either plastic reservoir or you have to install sight glasses in each reservoir. I had to get site glasses installed it was another pain in the arse. Trying to source them but thank god for Burt Bros. who installed them. Heaps of little shitty expensive details like this had to be done. They don’t effect the performance but are required.

New simple brake swap?

Here’s the pics finally. I noticed a sight glass was leaking when taking them.
Another thing if you do this you’ll also need to get 15” spare.

Additional manual adjustable proportion value had to be installed. As the engineers computer tells the braking ratio.
Car was also tested with a failed calliper disconnected hose.

Sounds June unenjoyable but well done for getting through the process.
Any chance you have a picture how that rear caliper mounts?
What is the rear disc?

From memory they are Commodore rotors and the original guy had to build/weld custom brackets to mount the callipers
i will try to get some pics from that inside.

As if working on cars isn't stressful enough without all of these legislation hoops. Jesus!
