Hi all,

Have an LH Torana, and have replaced the 4 speed, with a trimatic. We need to run a 12v wire for the kick down. I have seen pics that the LX has a bracket on the firewall near the accelerator pedal to mount the kick down switch to. So my question is, how is the LH kick down set up from the factory? Does anyone have some pics of what they have done?

Thanks Guys.

The switch in the LH is different to LX.

LH is the similar as HQ, there are probably more HQs around to have a quick look it one of those.

There is also a pretty good drawing on page 6-95 of the LH workshop manual.

Thanks for the replys, I can now look around for a bracket, or at least have an idea to fabricate something to suit.
