I'm looking through the Melways at the moment... Yarra Glen doesn't seem like a very suitable route. We're gonna jump on the Hume probably, who's gonna meet where? We may join you...
I think on the West side of the car park, closest to Sydney road, we have to go back out on Sydney Rd to access the Ring Rd to get to the new bypass.
So meet near the main entrerance to Kmart @ 7.00 AM, not near one of the other shops in that centre? I'll be bringing a cheesecake and a couple of bottles of non-alcoholic drinks in the esky to the track. Anybody else bringing something to share? After reading some of the other comments, I thank God I've had two cars registered and ready for 4 months. No, neither of my UC's will be there. This latest project of mine has gotten in the way big time.So lets get an idea of those wishing to meet at Kmart (cnr. Mahoney's Rd and Sydney Rd, (Hume Hwy)) at say 7:00am for a 8:00am departure and the early birds can chew the fat.
A convoy of Torrys is always a good thing. 10-4, come back rubber ducky....
It's only from 7:00am with the intention to leave at 8:00.
If you get their at 7:55, the only thing you will miss is the early morning BullS@#t session and McDonalds for breaky

Ok guys we are planning to leave from out our way at 7.30am from Repco Bayswater (canterburry rd) for anyone that wants to convoy!
We are heading out thru croydon, ringwood, etc end up on Grimshaw Street then we will be turning right onto Greensborough Hwy. Soon after we turn we will pull over in the emergency lane for anyone who wants to quickly meet up and continue on to the Metroplotin Ringroad on the left.
Follow that and it eventually joins the hume (vearing left) and that pops out at craigieburn.
If anyone needs to get in touch with us, contact brett on 0414 412 964
Catcha all there tomorrow!!!

Best of luck to everyone tomorrow..... here's to a good day of racing...
I think after tomorrow, we should end this thread. 31 pages and still going strong. Whoever posts up first, maybe start a new thread called "Drag Day - The Aftermath" or something similar!
