Can anyone advise me of what coil spring insulators they have used and where they got them from for the FRONT suspension coils between the top of the coil and the tower of the K frame in an LC torana
cheers

I re-used the original ones.
Not sure if available aftermarket?
I'm considering copying these and making a few sets.

I put Superpro polyurethane ones in my LX, no complaints. They're just a basic flat ~12mm ring though, I glued them to the cross member first to make installation easier.

If it doesn’t work there must be tougher stuff out there. Some of the materials I’ve seen used in high pressure gaskets might work. Looks a lot like roller skate wheels or the stuff used on motorcycle swing arms where the chain runs on it.

Yep, cheers Yel327. Dave did mention nylon sheet, of which i dont have access to right now, but have seen this listing

Those plastic cutting boards are probably made from nylon anyway. Nylon burns with a sooty flame and smells of marigolds, apparently.

It cut quite well with a small pizza wheel in my die grinder, could not smell anything much though, having blocked sinuses. Those plastic cutting boards are probably made from nylon anyway. Nylon burns with a sooty flame and smells of marigolds, apparently.

Maybe test a heat gun on a bit a see if it'll just wrap itself around with gravity.
I think what you have will be fine.
