Apparently you need to use a non web based email address as it says. They do it to stop spammers. It is only to activate the account and doesn’t need to be used again.

What the hell is a non web based email address? I have had the same one for 15 years and this is the first time I have had a problem with it.

A non web based email is the one you get from your internet provider
