Might be the only way to enjoy it soon, if the kinds of rumours I'm hearing are true.

I've never played that sim, looks like it has darn nice physics.

It's awesome, not cheap though. Yes I have heard that America for Motocross bikes will have to meet 89db regulations. I have been told the new KTM 300 2stroke fuel injected meets this level. I have heard that the 4strokes are struggling to meet this. 4stroke mechanical engine noises are quite considerable. Where if you put your foot over the exhaust of a 2stroke, you hear barely any engine noises. The 2strokes emissions are quite low with the oil being premixed. And the fuel injection system. From what I have heard. So could all be wrong. :). Cheers mate.
