This is the flyer for the 29th running of the Annual Fathers Day Swap Meet in Cootamundra NSW on 4 September at the Cootamundra Showgrounds

We now have 351 sites booked

“The Friendly Swap”

 

Parts for Cars/Motor Bikes/Tractors/Stationary Motors, Collectibles, Crafts, Plants, Produce, Tools new/old, Hand Made Items, Toys, Garden items, Jewelry, Badges, Antiques, Bric-a-Brac & the weird

 

Classic & Historic cars & bikes display infield of trotting track

Vehicle & 2 adults Free Entry (extras adults $5/ea, kids free)

 

Where …… Cootamundra Showground Cnr Pinkerton Rd/Berthong St

NOTE : Covid rules apply “if NEEDED” & HAND SANITISER MUST BE ON EVERY STALL & SOCIAL DISTANCING OBSERVED

 

Stall Holders NOTE. : Please pay for your site/s on entry at the gate

All Outdoor Sites $20 (powered or not, 6 metre frontage

                               $30 Inside Site (4 metre frontage)

Stall Holders to be on their sites by 7.30 am Sunday or your sites can be re-allocated

 

Stall holders note, once your vehicle and trailers are set up, they are not to be moved unless leaving to go home or have gained permission from Swap Organiser Lynn

 

Stall holders note. No stall holders allowed on site till after 2pm Friday 2 September

 

Stall holders enter at Pinkerton Rd at main gate

No “CAR” entry for buyers. Buyers enter Berthong St or top gate on Pinkerton Rd

 

Please leave our grounds clean and tidy

 

Set up Saturday 3 September if needed for some Saturday trading

 

Entry Price for Buyers .............. Gate entry $5 per day

                                                       Children U/12  free

 

Sole Catering: Riding for the Disabled

No other “Food” Outlets Allowed

Yes mate, 'bout time I made a noisy return but can't do it in the kiddies talk box as it won't let me for some unknown reason

 

Had a few things going on in the last 2 years and all of it was shit

We have some stall holders coming up from Melbourne and another some from Vic one of which restores Ford's and wants to advertise his wares

Got about 355 sites booked and of course we do have some that just don't turn up for different reasons BUT don't do the right thing to let us know they are not coming

 

If the weather is fine, then it should be a good swap

Quick update

 

We now have 361 sites booked which is not bad for a rural town of our size 

Stall holders are coming from Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, South Coast, Wagga, Griffith, Cowra and beyond
