Don't take the bike till the car's finished or this thread could stretch into the next decade.

Yeah it has, i forgot my password & my email address has changed, so i couldn't get a password reset. :fool: I'm a member of too many damn forums, just for cars, gmh-torana, Fordmods, Tamon, MBCOA, V8owners, and a couple more i only really lurk on....

In the end, i restored an image of one of my pc's from about 9mths ago, where i had a cookie with the password stored, i opened up the forums & edited my details. :-)

Been rather busy working on my other toys, Ford's, Mighty Boy, Panel Van & Tandem Trailer. Dropping over for a Beer sounds like a plan, i could use a good drink!

Cheers

Who mentioned working on the car? LOL

Thankfully Victorian teachers are severely underpaid and were on a strike today. More progress was made incl the top of the firewall and the top of one of my doorjams sprayed, amongst other things. I am quite pleased but time is running out QUICKLY.

If I have any hope of making it to the drag day... not much. Just probably put it back together with a better carbie if possible, put my exhaust on, maybe a reco dizzy I now have, get it running pretty well and if I have spare time which I know I won't, then I will lower it.

P's come in August, so I will have a max of 1 passenger between the age of 14 and 21, and one demerit point, and no performance modifications or anything. Sucks f-ucking balls.

What do you mean one demerit point? Do you lose a demerit point if you break the pasenger curfew, or do you only have one point ( instead of 12 ) to start with?

We have heard a rumour that you will only start with
one demerit, if you lose that then you go back to the start of
the green Ps :furious:

Anyway, he has been getting a fair bit done but can't
do it single handed.
If this car is gonna be at the drag day he is gonna need some
extra pairs of hands. (hint hint, anyone with spare time)

Yeah I'm workin me arse off mate. My homework is SO far behind. If I can have like 70% painted by Friday, I think I will be there. If I am still painting on the weekend, I don't think it will be there.

You're first lol, but I would prefer a vehicle that I actually have a hope of beating first off (that's if I make it anyway). I better get to bed, too much partying.

All you need to do is bolt all your panels on, bolt in the front seat and away you go!
