Long shot but I was wondering if anyone had a scanned copy of this manual.

Cheers

You can buy them quite easily on Ebay. I think I sold one for $20 a while back as I had a lot of duplicates.

That is over-priced. I often see them at swap meets and book shops, never more than $35 or so. There is nothing special in them, it's just VC/WB blue motors.

Im really just after something with good engine info.

I've got a GMH service manual i'm using for my VB but its got next to no engine info.

That book won't help you a lot for VB, it's for VC-VH XT5 engines. THE VB book isn't much either, it really just supplements the original HQ volumes plus the HJ and any HX or HZ amendments. A Gregorys / Scientific publications book might be of more use to you. This one or one of its variations:

I've had a quick look at the VB book...seems like its got some good info I could use.

I've got access to Haynes Online which does an ok job. Just want something more in depth.

What are the HZ manuals like? Is there a GMH HZ manual that has engine info?
