This is expensive but you can buy 100 for $24 and they are stainless:

But if you went to someone like Newcastle Hi Tensile Bolt, you'd probably buy 100 for $5.

they have the head to suit both .flat and phillips

NHTB have them in stock, looked on their website.

 

 

If you Google the part number: 9414724 places in the USA actually sell them too, example:

Part number seems to supersede to 11505166.

lol....this is a Screw Counter issue, Rivet Counters should avoid possible demarcation issues.
