A bit off topic but I'm looking to design a ring for your finger out of some leftover steel from a lx hatchback.

I was wondering were there any areas on the Torana that come factory with anything other than mild steel like Aluminum, stainless etc.

i was thinking first off to mock a ring up from the steel and also want it durable and corrosive free.

Would a mild steel ring powder coated be the only option.

Any other ideas would be great?

thanks Howie

I do love a bit of bling and Torana bling would be very cool I hope you come up with something a bit different.

Cheers,

You could machine up a ring from the bottom half of a distributor housing.  Maybe use mild steel and chrome plate it??
