It is easily done, but you won't be able to do it yourself. That is a good thing, or there would be make dodgy stuff harder to pick!

Walk away from it. Unless it's cheap and you don't care if it's a bitza. 8/76 Holden or Torana or Bedford or Chevrolet from Dandenong will have PSN's in the J53 range. J54 is September. J509 is the second half of December 1975 which should be a really low chassis number car.
So either the VIN and BODY tags don't belong to the ADR plate or the ADR plate doesn't belong to the body, or possibly both. Does the chassis number on the ADR tag match the chassis rail on the car?

If you are convinced the body is 6/76 on and the chassis number is right for the ADR tags then it looks like the other two tags are off another car, which is a shame. Did you get all number off the VIN and BODY tags? If it's a December car it might be one of the Press Fleet cars. Six of those had PSN's starting with J509 and there wasn't that many made in that range.
