Dear Torana friends,

 

I wonder if there is a manufacturer who builds aluminium radiators with a thread connection for a electric fan switch ?

 

Otherwise where did you place it ?

Aluminum is the hard bit. Plenty of switches around but not a lot of ally bosses/nuts to weld in.

Best spot is in the manifold near the thermostat. Take a look at where most EFI systems put their temperature sensor.

 

edit: same place as the gauge sensor.
