Did some research...It is the Cooke /McMillan car from 1979. Warwick Brown drove with him at Bathurst. Its an A9X 4 door.
Have some pics in the 79 Yearbook.

You better be planning to bring that thing West in '08.

I've got your accom sorted out.
I figure my old girl, your L34 replica & datto's A9X 4 door replica.

Go Team Torana.

The crowd will eat it up.

All we need for the cream on top would be for some poor fool to enter a 74 - 78 falcon coupe so we could beat up on him.

I am still stuffing around trying to sort out the tyres..slick sizes are different for each manufacturer,,,or I just go ADVANS and slide it everywhere. Anyone know what the Group C guys are running in Sandown/P.I.?

There is a mixture in here of Hoosier, Goodyear,Dunlop and Avon...no Bridgestones which is strange...they all look like slicks to..the Yellow car having quite smaller tyres than the others, tho they might be 14" as well..

Don't know about slicks Rory, i can't run 'em in the events i do.
I plan on 225 Toyo 888's on 15 x 8's for the tarmac rally stuff.
Must check to see if i can run slicks on the hill climb series??

I'll bring the basic regs on Thursday night unless I see you before
It tells you what you can and can't
If you run slicks you run in over 2L outright basically
DOT tyres puts you in over 4L street as long as your car complies with other rules too (Re interior etc)

Alex Dave and I plan to run in over 4L street when we get going
But the cars will need to be checked for complaince... Alex might have to run outright due to his cage and interior specs.

Sounds like it's coming along well Rory, can't wait to see the cage.

Rory have you or anyone else heard of having to strengthen the upper or lower (mainly lower) wishbones on the front end of LH/LX's?

Neil I'm trying to remove my finger and get a bit closer to hitting the track, too many distractions!!

Dave
